In addition, one easy adjustment changes the handlebars from fixed, for use with the parent pole, to free for the child to steer. All Kettler Top trikes come complete with detachable parent pole and comfortable high back seats. They also incorporate the Kettler automatic freewheel facility. This patented feature will allow the child to rest it's feet on the Kettler trikes pedals whilst you guide with the parent pole. The pedals will only engage when the child begins to pedal.
