Delivery to most of UK Mainland Orders are generally dispatched for Next Day Delivery but this is not guaranteed. Please allow two to three days for delivery. Delivery to remote areas of the UK ~ Highlands and Islands Orders are normally dispatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcel ~ please allow three to five working days

Returns and Refunds
Faulty Goods
We will either refund in full, or replace the faulty item free of charge.
Return of Unwanted Goods
When ordering, please ensure that the item chosen is exactly what you are seeking as the return of unwanted products incurs a 20% restocking charge.
We do not refund Postage and Packaging fees.
Unwanted goods must be returned within 21 days of purchase, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense.
All other monies will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the unwanted items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive.
